Requirements:

  1. Recipient must be registered full-time at RSCC.
  1. Recipient must be a non-traditional student (25 years of age or older)
  1. Preference will be given to first generation degree seekers.
  1. Recipient must be in good academic standing.
  1. Recipient must have financial need.
