Paul and Janet Evans Scholarship Endowment

Criteria:

1. Recipient must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Recipient must be enrolled for at least 3 credit hours per semester or have been enrolled in 2 developmental studies classes.
3. Recipient must be enrolled in at least one course at a RSCC Campus in Oak Ridge.
4. Recipient must be in need of financial assistance.
5. Recipient must not be eligible to receive any other type of federal or state financial aid, including funds from Vocational Rehabilitation or JTPA.
6. Reciient must be willing to complete a Student Scholarship Data Sheet and submit a thank you note to the Foundation Board of Directors.
