Family Medicine Associates of Kingston Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of the Fund is to provide scholarships to Roane State Community College students in accordance with the following criteria:

• Recipient(s) must meet the scholarship eligibility and post-acceptance requirements of the Foundation, attached hereto.
• Recipient(s) must exhibit financial need.
• Recipient(s) must be a Roane County resident.
• Recipient(s) must be admitted to an Allied Health Science or Nursing program at RSCC.
• Scholarship will be renewable for a second year, provided all requirements are met and a minimum 2.5 GPA is maintained while a student at RSCC.

Submit a thank-you letter and photograph for Foundation donor(s) which can be used in College or Foundation social media, website, events or other marketing/promotional efforts and materials within IO days of Foundation’s electronic award notification and acceptance of an award, addressing the letter of appreciation to:
